The Junction has two conference rooms, each the same size. U-shaped it can accommodate 65 delegates each. When the divider is removed, it can accommodate up to 170 schoolroom style, and 250 cinema style. The Port Captains Lodge has 6 lecture rooms which can accommodate up to 40 in u-shape. There are three breakaway rooms and a boardroom. The Railwayman's Inn has 7 lecture rooms, with a maximum capacity of 80 (cinema style). There are 4 breakaway rooms, 2 auditoriums with a maximum capacity of 94 each, and a boardroom. The main hall is perfect for huge conferences. It can accommodate up to 2000 cinema style.
Superb facilities. For large functions such as weddings and banquets, it can accommodate up to 1000. The Railwayman's Inn has 131 en suite rooms, including 2 Presidential rooms; and caters for people with disabilities. The Port Captain's Lodge has 40 single and 7 double en suite rooms and 20 economy rooms. The South Court accommodates up to 244 delegates in economy rooms.
