The Canvas Riversands, near Fourways, offers large-scale conferencing, exhibition and training spaces. Whether a 400 people plus conference or a series of break-away groups requiring quiet spaces, there are modern, sleek spaces for each business occasion. Venues include boardrooms, conference rooms, two small auditoriums and a 480 PAX large auditorium. The 180 PAX restaurant and 7000 PAX outdoor amphitheatre is also for hire. Catering is competitively priced and in-house state-of-the-art audio visual equipment saves budget on additional hiring.
At 20 km from Sandton, it is close enough to be convenient for delegates from the broader Johannesburg and Pretoria region, while far enough to be a break-away. As an NPO, every Rand spent on hiring the facility goes towards local entrepreneurship programmes. This is conferencing with a conscience.
