The Conference Centre offers over 30 venues of different sizes accomodating between 10 and 2400 delegates for conferencing, banqueting functions like cocktail parties, buffet dinners, sit-down dinners and launches. Conference Communications is located on the premises and supplies the very latest in all audio-visual equipment including simultaneous translation and recording.
The Safari Court Hotel with its 215 rooms and Hotel Safari with its 199 rooms offer value for money accommodation of different catergories and price ranges with Restaurant and Bar facilities. A top of the range Gym, Sauna and Steamroom are available in the Safari Court Wellness Centre and Health and Beauty treatments can be booked in the Oukolele Day Spa. An airport shuttle service is offered by Shuttle Namibia at a nominal fee (reservations are essential at shuttlenamibia@iway.na) while the hotel offers a complimentary service to and from the city centre.
