Giant's Castle Rock Lodge conference centre is situated in a position that offers an uninterupted view of the Bushman's River, Main Cave and towering magnificent Giant's Castle.
Giant's Castle was proclaimed in 1903 and is the only 'Game Reserve' in Natal outside Zululand. It was established primarily to protect the diminishing herds of Eland. The region is rich in history with British forces quelling an uprising 1873/1874 the result of which was the first black African political being sent to Robben Island.
