SUMMER HILL INN

SUMMER HILL INN
Summerhill Farm is part of an original 4 000 acre farm allocated to the 1820 Settler Lieutenant Charles Crause. Crause built a typical Settler homestead using Bathurst sandstone. It later became an orange-packing shed and is now our Barn Restaurant and Packshed Pub.

Summerhill Farm offers: 60 minute tractor rides, through pineapple fields and lush pastures. The giant Pineapple, which stands 16,7m tall and commands a view over the whole farm. A traditional Xhosa village Scenic walks skirt the farm and measure between 1,2km and about 5km. A kiddies mini farm, where children can bottle feed the animals and even have pony rides.
