CHILO GORGE SAFARI LODGE
Situated in the South-Eastern Lowveld. In a gorge with spectacular views of the Save River, adjacent to the Gona-re-Zhou National Park lies Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge. 14 twin-bedded lodges. En suite bathroom with shower and bath. Balcony, telephone, electricity, overhead fan, mosquito neds, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Walking safaris with fully licensed professional guides, game viewing in open vehicles, birdwatching, cultural tours, visits to Chilojo Cliffs and boat cruises in the rainy season are available. There are scheduled flights from Harare to Buffalo Range where guests are met and transferred to Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge in an open vehicle. Transfer takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes. There is also a scheduled eight seater minibus service from Harare via Great Zimbabwe. All guests that stay at the Chilo Gorge Safari Lodge are covered by the Medical Air Rescue Service.
