The Nottingham Road Hotel is situated on the R103 Nottingham Road turnoff, 8 km from the Durban/Johannesburg N3 Highway. ?Notties?, as the hotel has been fondly known by several generations of locals, has been part of the little village of Nottingham Road since the 1800s, when soldiers at nearby Fort Nottingham sought comfort and relief from boredom in a tankard of ale. Under the auspices of Clive and Linda Foss who moved into management in May of 2005, Notties has come into its own through their loving care and flair for hospitality.
